Mitchell Silva is a patient entrepreneur with extensive experience in designing patient support programs, exploring patients’ unmet needs and translating them into solutions that empower patients. Mitchell has a passion for health education and health technology, both from a consumer angle and from a research angle. By bridging the patient perspective with other stakeholders’ perspective in the healthcare ecosystem, he tries to develop solutions that have true impact. Besides being the founder of Esperity-PatientCentrics, he is also chair of EUPATI Belgium. Mitchell has a PhD in bio-engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium.
